  • What does the Printix Trial include and for how long?

    A Printix Trial provides you with full feature access for a period of one month. After this period expires, your trial account will discontinue or you can enter credit card details at any time to start a subscription.

  • What do I need to create my trial account?

    To create your Printix trial account all you need to do is register here. No Credit Card is required.

  • How can I extend my trial?

    Printix is happy to extend trials by request. You can request a trial extension by contacting our Sales Team via sales@printix.net.

  • What happens to my existing printer setup?

    You can safely install Printix Client on your Windows or Mac computer.
    The client software will:

    • Attempt to discover your printers
    • Securely transfer necessary information to the Printix Cloud
    • Install the Printix Anywhere printer
    • Convert print queues and a add a three-letter printer ID
  • How can I buy your software?

    Just sign up for a trial and within your trial account you can purchase today. You can pay by credit card online, or contact us to enquire about an invoicing option.

  • How do I subscribe/ unsubscribe?

    A Printix subscription starts with a free 1-month trial account. At anytime during the trial period you can enter your credit card details to start a subscription.  Note, you only pay for the users that actually printed something in the previous month. To unsubscribe, you simply create a support request informing us that you want to stop your subscription.

  • How do I get a quote for my school?

    Qualified academic institutions can receive Printix Education at no cost for students and purchase a subscription to cover all staff. You will need to verify that you are an accredited academic institution to take advantage of this offer. At any time during the trial, you can have Printix verify your domain’s eligibility for academic prices  and request a quote. Please send your request to sales@printix.net.

  • Is the Printix Cloud platform safe?

    Yes, to maintain data and security protection, our cloud infrastructure meets the requirements of an extensive list of global security standards, including: ISO 27001, SOC, the PCI Data Security Standard, FedRAMP, the Australian Signals Directorate (ASD) Information Security Manual, and the Singapore Multi-Tier Cloud Security Standard (MTCS SS 584).

  • Is my print data sent to the cloud?

    No, documents do not leave your network. All Printix communication inside and outside the network is secured with encryption and the use of HTTPS (SSL/TLS). Documents are stored encrypted until they expire and get deleted.

  • Can I continue to use Printix after my monthly subscription expires?

    No, if you allow your subscription to expire, you will no longer be able to access Printix. If you have the need to extract information, you can contact us at info@printix.net.

  • What form of payment do you accept?

    We accept payment via Credit Card only, for now.
